If I could give zero stars I would have. Purchased a large sectional 18 mos ago, it gets average use. The fabric is degrading and falling apart. Not covered under the warranty that we purchased (an accident or stain would have been covered) But poor quality is unfortunately not. Customer car center offers no help. Would never purchase from again. For the same price go to Ethan Allan where they sell quality, or pay 1/4 of the price and go to pilgrim where if you get a year or two out of something you don't feel like you got robbed. 
AVOID!!!

Staff is courteous, honest, and very helpful! My purchase experiences have been very pleasant and we couldn't be happier with the new furniture.

Amazed by the outstanding customer service!!! We went in during a big sale to browse couches for our new home. Since we were not sure of our closing date, they helped us book a free in-home consultation so that we could get the sale price well after the sale ended. Everton, the designer, came to our home  with fabric samples and took detailed measurements. We met him back at the store a couple days later and he had created a computer model of our home with sample furniture in it!We loved being able to visualize exactly what our room would look like and ordered it on the spot. Since we did not chose custom fabric, our couch was in stock and was delivered (and set up) in less than a week. The delivery guys even hauled out our old couch to another room for us! The icing on the cake was that there is a 30 day money back guarantee if the price drops after purchase. I emailed the store this week after seeing a commercial for an additional 6% off of what we paid, and they just refunded me $200! Will absolutely be buying all of our furniture from Everton at Laz-y-boy from now on!
