We came here for a refrigerator and a grill. Mark was awesome and was very helpful and patient. He answered all of our questions and didn’t push us to buy anything. We liked the prices and bought a great frig and a grill. Delivery is going to be in less than 24 hours too! Can’t be happier! Wahid was great too. We will definitely come back for any future purchases!

In November 2017 bought a Frigidaire Induction Cook-top Stove. Loved It!!! then within 2 months 2 burners stopped working properly. I had bought the extended service contract so I thought everything would be fixed. The service department in New York was nothing but problems and still did not fix my stove. BUT, Wahid, the manager in Manchester, stepped in and within 24 hours I have a new stove. Thank you!!!! and you have no idea how much I appreciate the help and will definitely be returning in the future when I finish my kitchen remodel.

PC Richard Manchester has a wonderful layout. I love how their showroom floor is set up! I was able to find exactly what products I needed without spending too much time looking for them. Dorothy was a great help today as well! Anytime I need something PC Richard Manchester will be my first stop!

My husband and I went in looking for a TV, like most we wanted a good TV without spending a fortune. Robert was super helpful in narrowing down our choices and was extremely knowledgeable in the differences between models. We walked out with a great deal on a TV and sound bar. We will definitely be back for future purchases!

Awesome service and knowledge from Kevin! My wife and I needed an entire kitchen of appliances and he took care of us from beginning to end. He definitely knows his stuff and will go out of his way to make sure you're happy!
