It was a mixed bag. My sales associate and the in store designer were friendly and easy to work with, but between my furniture being ordered and being at the warehouse, my sales associate quit and nobody bothered to call me to schedule delivery of a whole living room. When delivered, I was told that the deliverers would have a layout of where everything was supposed to go so it would be easy on my end, but they did not. Nina, the designer, did reach out to smooth it over, and she was lovely from beginning to end, but overall the ball was dropped service wise. I am very happy with the furniture. It is all well made and attractive.

Great experience...friendly and courteous staff. They all were very helpful when searching for the right recliner that just fits perfectly in our home. So grateful to find a furniture store with professional staff who know their stuff! We will be returning again! Will recommend them to my friends! Happy happy happy!

The interior design service and sales representatives were essential for us. As a desinger, Nina was enthusiastic and thorough. Both she and Anne worked well together and presented as many options as we could handle. They displayed infinite patience with us in order to achieve what we consider a beautiful collection of compatible furnishings for our family room.

I was incredibly excited when a regional vp helped fit me into the best recliner for me. Everyone was incredibly nice. About a,month passes and I don't hear a word so I call. Yup, it's ready to be delivered. Apparently, there's a warehouse move taking place so the call to me gets lost in the shuffle. No worries. Delivery gets scheduled. Can't say the delivery guys were stellar and so when I realized the chair they delivered was not what I ordered, I didn't chase them down. Instead I drove back to the store to have a real conversation. The gal who wrote up my order was pretty new so I'm guessing she wrote down the wrong model. The manager wanted to make it right, which was good. The bummer is that I wasn't quite sure which one we had chosen. I know the VP made a comment that steered me to one because I'd be working on my laptop a lot from it. I hoped it would be delivered without too much muss or fuss. I get the second chair - drivers get lost again. One wonders why a note isn't made re: directions, but anyway. They deliver and leave quickly. What I suddenly notice is the difference in the quality between the arms. You can actually see how one arm sinks a bit and the other is more poofy. I go back to the store again and realize many of the chairs have that same quality control issue. The manager tells me she understands what I'm saying. I'm told deliveries to my area are only made on Thursdays but in a separate conversation with the VP, seems they make them Tuesdays, too. When I was checking out chairs, I was told how many settings there are. But how does one find this out? The VP tells me he'd see if there was something he could get me. I've not heard about that since. Certainly the drivers have no clue. So I now finally have the right chair but have to admit, I'm kind of over it already.

We were very pleased with the exceptional customer service experience we received from both Justin (design & sales consultant) and Nina (interior designer). Justin and Nina listened attentively to our needs, visited our home to observe the space we wanted re-designed, and brought us a plan that was lovely and completely in line with our tastes and the look and feel of the rest of our home. Additionally, when we first visited the La-Z-Boy store, we had our two little girls (ages 6 and 4) with us, and the entire team at the store helped to make them and us feel at home. They even permitted them to race around the storage room in the back while we shopped. We had a delightful experience and will certainly be coming back for more.
