I needed a bed and had a really tight budget. I wasn’t planning on going to a mattress store, but I’m glad I did. I went into the store looking for the cheapest Twin bed I could find, but walked out with an extremely comfortable Full. I was helped by Ryan who treated me with the same patience and courtesy as a customer shopping for their most expensive bed. It doesn’t matter if you’re shopping for the cheapest or most expensive bed he will treat you the same and really work on the price. I wasn’t rushed, I took my time, and I left with a way better mattress than I was expecting. No more used mattresses from craigslist and whatnot. This is definitely the way to go. Thanks for hooking it up Ryan!

I was very please with the nonpushy way my son and I were treated. We need to get him a Full XL mattress and Mattress Man was able to accommodate us with several choices, unlike other places I went to here in town. I would definitely send my friends and family here.

We have shopped and tried memory foam and other beds and have been disappointed until 2 months ago. We went in and spent a decent amount on a king mattress. Every penny has been worth it! 20 yr warranty on a hand tufted bed. We wake up in no pain even if we sleep in. We both have physical issues and every bed before made waking up a a groan in pain fest. We wake up feeling rested! Thanks Mattress Man

The service is just what you would expect from a family owned local business, friendly, honest, and professional. I called several stores and Chuck at Mattress Man gave me the best deal, $150 less than every other place I called for box springs!! Plus free delivery which the other stores charged for. I was so impressed that I went back to them to buy my California King Mattress. I was given a price no one in town could match, and great service. This is truly a wonderful family owned local business.

Super professional, phenomenal customer service, this is an Asheville family run business with multiple locations around the Asheville area that has been here for years. If you have been to the big box stores or Mattress Firm where the person used to work in customer service, and knows nothing about mattresses, then this local Asheville store will amaze you. I am not sure what Chuck Emrick, the owner did before starting Mattress Man, but he knows exactly what kind of experience the customer expects. If you need a mattress, this is the best place in Asheville in my opinion, support locally owned family businesses.
