We were very pleased with our sales rep, Zach, and his utmost professionalism.  We ordered and, ultimately, had to change our choice at the last minute due to size constraints.  He worked with us and our order was perfect and delivered on time.  Furniture quality is excellent and delivery was professional. They noticed something off on an end table and that is being replaced within a few days.  We would highly recommend.

What an awesome experience! Great service, awesome deals, and wonderful prices. Went in to look for daybeds/sleepers for our guests. John Cleveland helped us and was very knowledgeable about each product. We made our purchase Sunday 10/29 and was given a delivery date of Thurs 11/2 between 9am-1pm. The delivery arrived at 8am and the men did a great job bringing the sleeper upstairs despite tight quarters. No scratches or damage to the walls! I am very impressed and satisfied! Thank you for your great service and for complying with all dates and times. I will be back as a customer!

Delivery takes 2 weeks, so don't plan on eating at your kitchen table, or sitting on your couch watching TV. They demand that you stay home from work for a day, so that you can have your furniture delivered, and cannot give you a simple call ahead. And when you try to cancel your $5,000 order they try to charge you 20 percent for "repackaging". Go somewhere else instead.

We did not find the mattress that we were hoping for here BUT the salesman who helped us (John Cleveland) was incredibly kind and patient with us as we tried a dozen out last Sunday. He was knowledgeable,  personable, and not a bit pushy. John even took our number so he could discuss our mattress conundrum with the Sealy rep on our behalf.
So while we did not yet buy any furniture here we did think the service was exceptional I am only knocking off a star because the price points were higher than expected for a President's Day Sale.

Seriously...$150 minimum delivery fee. I've never been into this actual location, I'm sure the store is like all the others, however trying to order something online and having it delivered was a bit of a shock.  The desk I wanted was only $119 and they still wanted to charge the $150 fee...forget it, you've lost my buisness Rooms to Go.
