The store layout and product offering enabled us to easily pick out the recliner, cover and features that we wanted. Having a knowledgeable sales associate helped us explore option that we didn't know were available. Joan was very attentive and patient as we made our selection. We never felt pressured nor rushed. Confirming our order details was a plus to ensure we we're ordering exactly what we wanted. Thank you La-Z-Boy.

Went on Saturday to look for couch & 2 chairs.  Just shopping.  Paige was great!  She let me look , didn't follow me around.  I did find an end table for my son's house.  Snapped a pix, sent to him & left.  Checked  another place & went bk to ask if could be held til 2day.  Paige was nice enough to do so.  We picked  up 2day & it fits right betw his 2 couches he has.  Even tho on sale for 80% off Paige was courteous, thanked us for the business, & said to have a nice rest of day! Definitely will be bk when I'm ready to buy.

I stop by The Lazy Boy showcase not expecting to purchase a sofa and two chairs. I was just looking! I have been looking for living room furniture for over 2 years now. We spoke with Paige and she was so welcoming into the store. We were there for quite some time but she was never hovering we simply let her know when we had questions. She is very knowledgeable and answered every question we had before I knew it I had picked out my furniture and made a purchase. If you are looking for furniture your search may be over at the Lazy Boy showcase

Greeted quickly but not pestered by the staff.  Sales answered all of my questions very knowledgeable fast check out process. Very pleased.

It took us a few visits and a lot of research to make our decision. Each time we visited, a different La-Z-Boy associate helped us. Each associate was patient and knowledgeable. When we finally knew what we wanted, the order process was simple and smooth.
