Great experience! Kaitlyn was the absolute best! She was extremely knowledgeable and did no pressure me and my son at all. We came in to pick out a mattress for him. He is very pleased with the one he picked out.

Good price on recliner, but shipping price too high, $100. Picked it up, very fast service and the person putting it in the car had to unpack it and take the back of to make it fit. He was great. Picked it up in Dearborn, but bought it in Taylor. The sales person, Lauren Hope was very nice and helpful. Would have given 5 starts if delivering it had a lower price

I noticed a small flaw on the chair. So I talked to the manager about it. I was hoping that either they would replace the chair, but I did not want to bring back the chair and pick up a new one, or get a refund of about $40. 

She told me that since I did not pay for delivery, they could get me a new chair, but I would have to return and pick it up, or she would give me a $75 refund. I took the refund and was very impressed with the customer service. I will be sending them referrals along with buying from them in the future.

We bought furniture from here 2 years ago. We bought the 5 year protection plan at that time. The leather started to tear so we called the store. They couldn't fix it. Our whole set was replaced at 80% of the purchase price. Sam, the manager, took very good care of us taking an extra $100 bucks off our new furniture. In fact the entire staff was great. They do stand behind their products.

LJ and Monea helped us purchase lovely furniture for our new home. They were professional and helped us find exactly what we needed. Lovely people. Treated us like friends.

Just don't. Save yourself the headache and the time. Garder white is a few miles up telegraph. Ordered a couch from VCF and had to wait a week to get it delivered. When the guys got to my house they broke the couch and scratched my walls.
