SUPER SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!! My Sales Associate, TIM MOEN, was superb!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and just plain nice! I will definitely shop and BUY here again! Found the perfect chair at the perfect price for my 86 yr. old mother. THANKS TIM!!!

Don't shop here. We agreed on a rocker recliner and the salesman agreed to take 10% off the price. After we paid for the item, he told us that inventory is not kept at that store. It's down on Portland and Reno and we would have to drive to pick it up. This was upsetting bc we had our infant with us and live an hour North of Okc. However, he assured us that the chair would be ready and that it would be loaded as soon as we pulled in. This was not the case. We waited 20 minutes while other people pulled in, got their furniture and left. We discovered that they had not been notified that we were on our way and were informed that it would be 30 minutes for them to put our chair together. We had them load the item in the box and my husband put it together when we got home. When showing our receipt for the item I realized that we had not been given our discount as promised. I called the store and the sales manager said he would look into it and call me back. He has not called me back or returned any of the phone calls I've made since. We will not be doing any future business with this store.

I ordered two sofas and a recliner. It was really hard picking fabrics, there were tons of options and I was worried not seeing what I was picking in person, I might be unhappy. I was pleasantly surprised! They were ready for delivery pretty quickly (a benefit of being MADE in the USA!!!) unfortunately the guys delivering noticed the chair had damage on the leg. They did not deliver it so it could be repaired. It took WEEKS for the chair to be delivered with no update or check ins unless I was initiating. At one point I called, they said it was ready for delivery #2 only to be called that morning to be told delivery had to be delayed again. The chair was FINALLY delivered yesterday, one leg looks particularly shiny, and some of the fabric had noticeable dirt marks that I later had to clean. Overall it was not the best experience, but not the worst either. Hopefully these last a LONG time, so I don't have deal with this for a while!!!

Great experience! My husband and I purchased a recliner that ended up being to short in length for him and we were able to return it the next day with no problems and grab another one and be in and out within 30 mins. Customer service was great! When we walked in all sales reps were busy so we dealt with the manage Sunny who was an absolute delight! He ended up passing us off to a wonderful rep named Toni when she became available and she was so much help! I will definitely be back to purchase more furniture very soon!

Nice, caring, dedicated salespeople. I feel like I've made new friends! We took our time and never felt rushed. We found the exact chair that we needed. It was specific. And the colors I wanted. Delivery was very professional and a pleasant experience too. Love these chairs!!!
