We was shopping for bathroom vanity and my asked a young man for help, he was super helpful to us, and some others that was in the same area. When we got ready to checkout the manager had to approve our coupon, it was the same young man that had helped in the store. He helped us load out. Very pleasant experience.

Well the checkout was fine, the store was not stocked well and good luck finding a associate much less them knowing anything. I ended up using the app to find my products which is a lot more than I can say for the associates

Big box store with the usual massive inventory, which is nice but sometimes makes it hard to find the thing you're after. Finding help is not easy. I've been there several times over the past week and it's always the same frustrating experience trying to find help. Once you find someone with a vest, they are friendly and knowledgeable about the location of items in the store.

Friendly, efficient, clean, organized all the things I want in a store. Bought everything I needed to re pot some plants.

Poorly managed store with under-staffed departments. Unless you are able to wait on yourself and figure everything out on your own, DON'T go to the Lowe's on Second Street in Edmond. There isn't even a picture of the manager at the front of this store. This should tell you all you need to know. If you see any five-star ratings for this location, consider it self-ranking.
