Great experience at this location. The sales associate we spoke with, Andrea, was knowledgeable about the products and explained all the possible options and features exclusive to their products. There was no hard sell and Andrea took all the time we needed and answered all of our questions. This was especially impressive since we told her straight off that we would not be making a purchase at this time. We were just exploring our options. We do intend to buy from this store in the near future and hope to be able to work with Andrea at that time.

This place is THE place to go for furniture. Top notch sales associates. Every single person that I interacted with on my three visits (I’m a very indecisive person) were nothing but professional, friendly, super accommodating and not at all pushy. The most pleasant retail experience I’ve ever encountered. A special, heartfelt thank you, especially to Katie. Can’t wait to get my custom designed recliner. 😍

If you are looking for recliner chairs.. this is the home of them... what is nice you can choose configurations.. colours and materials.. Staff are attentive. Though a bit pricey. . Not sure of quality as we do not have any of their products.. I am sure they are good.. otherwise they would be out of business. .

Loved the decor. Several employees asked if I was doing ok. I was asked if I would like a water while I shopped. Staff gave me detail on how they could help layout a design that would work for any specific room. When I arrived they were still placing the "Moonlight Madness" sale signs on specific pieces. The staff member(s) who helped me gave me detail on pieces that had not been marked yet so I knew what was going to be part of the sale. Best part---NO SALES PRESSURE!

Andrea was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the brand. She had great suggestions for products that would work best for us. Our shopping experience was very relaxed and we never felt pressured, unlike visiting other home stores.
