Luby and his team came to our rescue of an inherited property that was FILLED to the brim with 50 years of stuff. He was not intimidated by the challenge but rather was excited to dive in. Within just a few days they had the whole place organized and priced. We took the clean out option and also within days the house was empty. Totally worth every dime. Professionals all the way. Would highly recommend them.

I bought a very unique table with six chairs from MoModerne. After only 3 months of having the table in my home, one of the chairs broke while my husband (165 pounds) was sitting on it. Very embarrassing infront of company. I received poor feedback when I spoke with the store of the issue and asked if I could make a return or receive store credit. My response back was nothing could be done. Not impressed with the customer service, and now I have a table with only five chairs, when we have a family of six.

Best modern design shop in the Midwest. The owners are very knowledgable and the staff is witty and cute. Highly recommended for any design lovers! THE ESTATE SALES RULE!!! GREAT PRICES AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE!

I have been faithfully attending MoModerne's estate sales for about 6 years now. They are my first priority when I line up my scheduled sales each weekend. Luby and Anna and all their staff are great to work with and they always seem to have cool interesting stuff. They have always been professional and friendly and in a hectic estate sale environment that's not always easy. If you're going to an estate sale soon give them a try. I think you'll be pleased.

My estate was on the smaller side and I was still living in the back third of the house and they were in and out very quickly, big turnout and 500$ more brought in than high estimate, recommend to all, their following will only get larger.
