I spoke with Anita on the phone  about lift chairs prior to my visit when I arrived I needed was at lunch and we didn't get much help until she got back from lunch I am glad that I stuck around though and looked at all the chairs that I wanted to look at because when she got back she helped us so much she was so nice very knowledgeable very helpful we had a good experience after Anita got back from lunch !… Merry Christmas... well I guess I need to drop the ball my dad's chair was delivered in February we waited a long time for it we ordered it in December in the middle of December and when it was delivered it was the wrong chair and the wrong material so I called in and told them what happened they said come on back in and tell us what's right will fix it so we did my dad and I went in there and we told them what was correct and they were going to let the manager know or I need to know and none of that was ever done so we still don't have a chair it is now April 3 and I have to call our lawyers

I needed a lazy boy for my nursery. Went in and had a nice experience with Breanna. I give it four stars instead of five because I don’t like that they hide their fees. The chair I bought costs $399, but there is a $100 delivery charge which can not be waved as they don’t keep chairs in their store unless you buy a floor model that is for sale which are few. Looking at other furniture stores a lot of them seem to do the same thing, so I decided to buy it anyway. Also their computer system seems to be a little dated. She needed to use one computer to order my chair, then another to do the credit card transaction and then another to print my receipt. Kind of annoying. Just cuz I was in a hurry. Nice people tho, and obviously comfy chairs

If you are looking for quality furniture,  this is the place.  Go shop around to get some ideas and then go here.  You will find what you really want from La-Z-Boy.

Nice folks but slow upon checking out and paying the bill took way too long. I think they had slow internet speeds
