My hubby and I had an unexpected situation when we purchased a king size mattress from Mario the store manager of the El Cajon store.
   We ordered the works! I mean adjustable frame with a 13.5 "  thick pillow top. We could hardly wait for delivery day to arrive.
  Two nice gentlemen delivered.it to our 5th wheel rv.we purchased it to live in. How knew that there are regular king size mattresses most of us think about when we hear "king size". 
   Apparently there is a special size kind for rv's.
  It was just as large as our bedroom. It was so tall I was unable to get in.
  My hubbyy and I felt bad but we had to send it back for a queen size.
   Mattress Firm has a 120 day trial period and if you are not satisfied they will pick it up and deliver what you need
.    we went with a fabulous gueen 
Mattress .Mario handled the exchange and charged to difference .iln price back to our account.
  Before you decide on a new mattress check them out..you have 120 days to decide if it is for you.

I purchased a new bed on Tuesday and it was delivered first thing Wednesday morning.  The sales rep, Keith, was extremely patient and helpful with explaining all the different options available.  He helped find the right mattress for my pregnant wife and I.  There was no aggressive sales pressure, just exceptional customer service which made it easy to give my business.  Thanks Keith!

Best place ever. Sanya was very helpful, she knew a lot about the mattresses, she answered all our questions, she was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Also, she did a price match. We saw the mattress we wanted for less at another store and she price matched. LOVE LOVE Sleep Train. You definitely need to go there and experience it.

We were looking for a king bed with NO spring box. Ok that does not seem difficult to understand ; believe it or not only Sannya at Sleep Train understood exactly what were our requirements for a bed. We received exceptional and very courteous service.
