My husband and I were in the market for a larger SUV. We were upside down on our trade in and needed to get out of it quickly. We drove from Sarasota, Florida (1.5 hours) to get here. The staff was amazing. Luis was very helpful and took his time explaining the features and differences in the Jeeps we were looking at. The sales manager took his time to get our payoff information and their dealer buy out price vs. ours. Everyone was fantastic and made sure that we got the best deal we could. LaBelle Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram beat every dealers price that we looked at. It was the smoothest car buying experience we have had! Thank you!

Editing my post: Move forward 10 months and a new car. Well used car but new car to me. One problem after another. They sold me a lemon. Bad transmission, bad alternator, bad thermostat, bad battery, what wasn't bad on this car! Car left me stranded in Miami, 4 times, after my chemotherapy treatments. Worst experience in my life! This was after taking it in to their "mechanic" shop at Labelle Ford and being told my car was good to go. They didn't replace the $5 part!!! Went back to Labelle Dodge to have car replaced or take out a new one. They wanted me to pay double what I pay now. Said I couldn't afford it as I'm disabled and was verbally attacked by Mike De Jesus inside and outside in the parking lot. He told me that I bought a used car, what did I expect. And that the owner owns 10 dealers, he could care less about me and the junk I bought. Most horrible, deceitful people I've ever met.

Just finished with my daughter purchasing her new vehicle there.  After going to Galeana in Ft. Myers and getting the run around I remembered my parents had purchased two vehicles there and had had great experiences.  The drive for us was 45 minutes but well worth it!  Tobi was so professional, fast and easy to deal with. No “pushy” sales with her!  Very knowledgeable.  The finance manager was so much easier to deal with and honest than the individual was at Galeana.  The plus was he had great sense of humor too.  Well worth the drive.  Would return again when I’m ready for another new vehicle!  Thanks for giving my daughter a “Happy New Year”!!!!

This place is a joke. They play bate and switch to get you there then try to sell you higher priced vehicles. No rating except terrible

Not many vehicles to choose from and definetly none if you want any type of packages. Basic models only. Our salesman was friendly and was as helpful as possible.
