I was quickly impressed with the priority Venice Honda is making of customer service. From the moment I stopped my car I was greeted with a smile and clearly instructed on where to go, what to do, etc.  My service rep. explained things well without upselling me (at least I was unaware of it if he did!)

People always encourage folks to take their car elsewhere for routine maintenance; I prefer taking mine to Honda’s service department if I believe I can trust the process and the work.  It is worth paying a bit more, within reason, for dependability and trust.

Shopping for a vechicle at Venice Honda was a wonderful experience. My salesperson Justin Kelley was knowledgeable and very personable. I tried a number of cars, he was very patient and good humored. Making it easy to explore their wide selection of new and used.  In the end I chose a used car and came away knowing my purchase was fair. 
I would highly recommend Justin to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle at Venice Honda. Thank you Justin and the staff for making my purchase so easy.

Venice Honda was great! I will recommend this car dealership to anyone I know looking to buy a car. Dale was fantastic. He was on top of making sure all paper work was filled out in a timely manner. He strived to be great and did everything he could. Max was awesome! He went above and beyond to take time and effort to work with me on getting me close to the payment I needed in the car I wanted. He was determined and focused. Thanks Venice Honda, & personally Dale & Max!

Our experience buying a new Honda HR-V at Venice Honda was great. We worked with Tony Baker, who is very helpful and keeps the overt, obnoxious sales pitch to an absolute minimum. This car-buying experience was painless and pretty quick. After deciding to make the purchase, we were in and out in less than an hour and a half. They were easy to work with on pricing and I feel like we got a fair deal.

Outstanding service!  I was in Venice from out of town when my A/C went out.  I called the service department at Venice Honda, spoke with Ron and explained what the issue was.  He said to bring my car in and they would look at it for me.   Within 1 1/2 hours of my initial call, Ron had my A/C working and I was on my way.  I could not have asked for better service.  Between Ron, and everyone who I had contact with at Venice Honda, it was the best service experience I’ve ever had.
