We went to Sarasota Ford looking for a car and were helped by Jeremy H. He was very helpful and did everything he could to help us get the best value for a car when we had a tight budget. He was very kind and patient while we decided whether to actually get the car or not. He went out of his way, as well as the other employees of Ford, to make our experience the best as possible. All but one car we’ve owned has been from Sarasota Ford and the car that wasn’t from Ford, we traded in for this current car. Everyone at Ford, especially Jeremy, was very considerate of our condition of a tight budget and just did a wonderful job. We were glad to have a smooth car-buying experience after a rocky experience with about 5 other dealerships.

Went into the dealership today after receiving an email that they were looking for vehicle like ours to see if we might be interested in trading it in for a new car.  Met with J.R. Soto and he found a 2018 Edge that my wife and I were interested in purchasing.  We took a test drive and liked the vehicle.  We were offered a fair trade in, but decided not to pursue the deal because we didn't want to take on the additional debt.  Our current vehicle has around 45K miles on it, runs well, and has a zero percent loan.    Our sales person graciously understood and let us know that it wasn't a problem.  This is one of the reasons we go to Sarasota Ford because they care about their customers.  We live in Venice and use their service department even though there is a dealer closer to our home.  When we decide to purchase a new car we will buy it from Sarasota Ford and J. R. Soto.

Sarasota Ford is by far the nicest dealership I have ever been in, my husband enjoyed the amazing massage chairs! We spoke to Orlando Rojas again by far the nicest salesman we have ever encountered, he was very warm and welcoming and let us take our time, he was very understanding when my husband told him we needed to think about it because the Ford Expedition is a big investment for us.  We are definitely coming back to this dealership when it's time to purchase! Thank you Sarasota Ford! Everyone should know how amazing you and your staff are!

My wife and I were in the market for a new crossover/SUV so we chose the Ford Edge Sport (fully loaded).  I found the exact vehicle we were looking for and it was available at Sarasota Ford.

I called and spoke with Millie and her team about our trade in and possibly buying their new 2017 Ford Edge Sport.  Her very helpful manner with me on the phone and quick response to my questions was a delight.  Prior to speaking with her I did a quick review check on the dealership and was pleased to see others with positive reviews, so we decided to take a 2hr drive from Naples with our trade in vehicle and see if we could go home happy with a new Ford Edge Sport.

When we arrived we were checked in at front desk and shortly thereafter was greeted with a bright smile from Millie.  Long story short..........we got a great trade in value for our car, bought the new Ford Edge Sport at a great price and was impressed with the overall experience as we left for home...........happy customers for sure.

From first contact to the end Millie and her team of experts were a joy to work with.  A rare experience in buying a car from a dealership.  

It was a no hassle experience, can't say enough how well it went.  Pay them a visit you won't be disappointed.

I am not the type to give reviews but this was an exceptional experience that warranted a kind word.

This was the best experience that I have ever had in a dealership! I stopped by to look at a new truck for my Husband. Jeremy H is a wonderful sales man he was very patient with me as I was super undeceive, he answered all my questions and went above and beyond in assisting me. I appreciate the staff at Sarasota Ford for making this experience a very pleasant one! I 100% recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new car!
