Do not go here! Pink cellphone girl I guess gets paid to sit on her cellphone. Also I feel bad for the man that got his hair cut jacked up and the stylist said it was fine and decided to argue with him even after he calmly asked her to fix it. I thought it was up to the customer? I ended up leaving and going to honey cuts. Wish I could give 0 stars.

First and last time ever going to Lady Jane's in Orland Park, and I didn't even get a haircut! I was "greeted" at the door by a woman who was sitting so low behind the counter that you couldn't see her at first. Also, she must have been doing something very important on her phone because her face was buried in it. I said I was here for a haircut, so she told me to sign in and take a seat while I wait... no big deal. There were 2 woman cutting hair so i figured they were the only 2 working. Well I sat there patiently for 20mins before 2 more customers walked in and guess what... the woman from behind the counter gets up, takes the one guy back, and starts to cut his hair! I sat there for 20mins... Why couldn't that woman cut my hair? My haircut only takes 10mins. I'm not the one to make a scene, so I just grabbed my jacket and walked out. Completely unprofessional, horrible customer service, 0 out of 5 stars.

Between the polish lady arguing with the customer after he asked if it could be fixed. It's how the customer wants it not the stylist. Also didn't know they paid workers to sit on their cellphone at the front desk. DO NOT GO HERE
