I went in thinking I knew what I was doing, I mean I watched 5 YouTube tutorials.. I must've thought I was a pro. When I walked in I went straight to the aisle I needed, i looked a bit confused but proceeded to go with the products the Youtubers raved about. A worker had asked if i needed any help and I reluctantly said no. I went home tried the products out and it was a DISASTER!! I went to Sally's the next day and told the very nice lady up at front that I needed to return these items and asked for help. Her name was Kitty and she came to my rescue !! She explained which products to use and what they would do. She was so helpful and sweet. That was honestly the best customer service I have ever gotten and I should know I work in retail myself. Thank you again Kitty, you've been so helpful!

The staff here make me cringe. Every visit is filled with their loud obnoxious weekend gossip and sorority cigarette breaks... it's bizarre. If I didn't love Sally's products, I wouldn't go there. They need a new management team perhaps? Professionalism is little to none...
