Spacious room. Very quiet. I was worried when I saw how close to the freeway the hotel is, but it was never a problem. Extremely quiet. All the amenities of a nice hotel. Close to a BART station. Great courtyard in the center of the property. Friendly staff. I will be looking to stay there again when we are in the area.

Went for a massage and facial. I loved the signature massage which was for 50 min massage. It was very relaxing. But I am not very satisfied with their signature facial(50min) that I took.

Tried their Bistro/Bar. Food was above average. Martini and Wedge said with crab was delicious. Will go back again soon. Some outdoor seating with firepits.

Disappointing - We stayed two nights at the Lafayette Park Hotel and Spa and were extremely disappointed. This hotel isn't a 4 Star Hotel. The place is outdated. The room we stayed in had the following problems: the faucet in the bathroom dripped non stop, the drain in the tub was in need of repair, the curtains/drapes were hung incorrectly thus when closing didn't keep the light out of the room, the air conditioning unit sounded like a helicopter or train (very loud). The best thing about this hotel was the shuttle drivers. After staying 2 nights at the Westin St. Francis in San Francis this was a total mistake. I would recommend finding another hotel in the area as this place is over priced for the room.

Great amenities and staff. Great food at the restaurant but very $$$ the pool is fairly small but the hot tub is great!
