To start off, the staff at this hotel has an extremely bad attitude and should be considered nothing more than liars and thieves. Charged the 380 dollar smoking fee without informing me upon checkout and with vastly unjust and frankly, illegal cause. This place was absolutely filthy and the vast majority of rooms are not as updated as they appear online. Bedbugs galore and a dingy, dark room with dirty carpets and cheap paint. The reservations manager is one of the rudest and least helpful employees I have dealt with at any business, hotel or otherwise. He is a foul mouthed extortionist and will not allow you to even have a conversation with him to resolve your issues. Although marijuana is legal here and I was informed that smoking it on the premises is acceptable, they will still EXTORT money from you with an exorbitant 380 dollar smoking fee if you even possess it in your room, which is more than within the restrictions of the law. An employee by the name of Sergio verified that the room did not have an odor and yet they still put the charge through. When attempting to deal with the matter, the manager refused to inquire about this with Sergio, then proceeded to be rude and hang up on me. The people running this establishment are untrustworthy and will take every penny they can from you. I would absolutely never stay here again and will be telling everyone I can to avoid it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent five nights here while we visited the beach and Disneyland. The kids liked the pool. I thought the front desk staff was amazing. It was a fantastic stay. Breakfast was decent.

Great hotel with a nice garden and pool area. Not much noise from outside, great TV selection and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Urban area, rural charm. Blend between a chain hotel and old time California lodge, the rooms are clean but not very up to date. Some road noise but otherwise a calm in a sea of retail and asphalt. Continental breakfast included cereal, toasted breads and bagels, pre-packaged pastries, yogurt, milks, basic juices, and coffee/tea. Friendly staff and nice looking small pool. Ample parking. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Lovely rustic cute hotel. Room was comfortable with balcony and good TV channel choice. The pool area was relaxing with good facilities. Will stay again if in the area.
