We stayed in the newest cabin. Two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. A bunk bed and full size bed in one room, a queen sized bed in the master suit and a queen sofa bed in the living room was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Both the upstairs and downstairs porches are screened and great for spending the afternoon outdoors without being eaten alive by mosquitos. The cabin was easy to book by calling the main office number. The first night rental is held as a deposit from a major credit card or debit card.  The balance is due at the time of check in and can be paid in cash.  Mrs. Debbie at the main office was great, helpful and friendly. There is always staff on site. The area felt safe and secure as I did notice periodic police patrol. The lake is clean. We did a bit of fishing. Caught a few catfish. Remember to have your recreational fishing license if you plan to do any fishing. Overall, the stay was perfect for a 3 day weekend get away. There are several grocery stores nearby a long with a full Wal-Mart a few miles away.

Nice, sites...many are open but, some have shade. There is a sizeable lake with access and a marina with boats/ houseboats. Central bath/ shower/ laundry pavilion. Lots of birds and squirrels. A lot of traffic noise from 2 major highways. It is near town and there are things to see and do in the area.

Great park. Beautiful scenery with many trees and even a small beach by the lake. Great walking or running trail.

Very good Lake my family and I had a very good time nice place to visit on the weekends and in the weekdays if you like to go fishing we all enjoyed ourselves very nice place to go.

It's a decent place but the roads are not kept up and rough. No pool, no cable or satilite, it was raining all weekend so there was little to do. Kids riding in carts with loud music. The beach is nasty to say the least. All of these things can be fixed and tjis could be an awesome place.
