The most expensive bill I get even know I was gone on vacation for two months my water bill was $70 a month no sprinklers running no water in the house was running. How can the water be the most expensive bill when I don't even use it more than electricity more than TV more than gas the most expensive bill I have is water that is ridiculous my mom's house was vacant for a year-and-a-half barely water the yard everything's dead and they put her in tier 3 even know no one was living there no one was taking showers just barely a little bit of water on a totally dead yard and they put it on tr3 something has to be done about the water company this is Criminal action and should be judged as such and the people need to be killed accountable for charges that have nothing to do with water

I let them know i was moving and provided them with the new address but was told to come in in person to establish new service. (only utility that requires this)Thats all good and dandy, except i wasnt able to come in that day. So these crooks went ahead and disconnected service to both addresses the next day. Having no choice i went in to establish service to the new address and they go and charge me a $200 dollar deposit and a $50 dollar "same day activation fee". Keep in mind i had already established a deposit for the previous address.

To the lady's at the front desk, Thank you. Do to a family emergency I was unable to pay my water bill in a timely fashion, needless to say my water was turned off, after explaining what had happened these beautiful women helped me, they were able to have my water turned back on today and are allowing me to pay my bill Tuesday. I am sorry I didn't get their names, but I will never forget how they were able to help me and hope to be able to pay it forward one day

\\\\ WARNING WARNING WARNING ///// DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU..I called all the utilities to have them put in my name. Electric, Gas & water were all on. I later get a bill from Lake Hemet Water for a damaged or Removed locks/shrouds bill for $25.00. The water was turned on and I get a extra charge that I had nothing to do with. The water was turned on before I moved in and was still on when I applied for service but I get an extra charge. I called to ask why and they said I was responsible for the water being turned on even though I didn't get the keys till the weekend after I applied for service. I got charged for something i had nothing to do with..My opinion is "LAKE HEMET WATER IS RUN BY A BUNCH OF CROOKS" !
