Not only was the technician they sent out a pompous ass, he also only spent about 10 minutes looking at my furnace before coming to the conclusion that the repairs would be $3,600 and a two week wait for the needed new part. OR I could spend $7,200 for a new furnace, and oh by the way they have financing and can install it too, lucky me! Fortunately I got a second opinion. My sister gave me Jerry at Northwest Heating and Cooling's phone number - 30 minutes and $90 later my heat was working again.

Shame on me for not reading previous reviews. Actually, there is only one and the person gave 1 star. Lucky for that person, they didn't actually do business with this company. We did, and it sucked. The worker who 'fixed' our AC unit basically spent an hour troubleshooting, then he replaced my water pump without even quoting me on the move. He charged us almost a thousand dollars without ever discussing the troubleshooting he was doing. Next day, our AC wasn't working. Called back. Dispatcher took my info. Same worker calls me back and asks for my address, says he'll call back when he can make it out. That was FOUR days ago. No call, no visit. Considering the dispatcher AND the worker have my number and my address and still blew me off in making good on their word, we are going to go with someone else. And I encourage everyone reading this to search for HVAC in Google and then click on Lake Oswego Heating & Cooling.... over and over again, but just don't actually call them. Maybe if the cost pressure of Google AdWords catches up to their scam they'll start delivering some real service. And BTW, they are in Clackamas, not Lake Oswego. Beware of the BS!

Unfortunately, I didn't even had a chance to get some detail information from the person on the other end of the line, because as soon as he knew that I am getting numbers from other places (because he couldn't provide me an "hourly rate question," he immediately said "Ok, I have to let you go...." and the rest is blah blah to my ears..., and I said "Ok, it's fine that you don't want to waste your time on me... " clicked! This is my pre-sale experience with Lake Oswego Heating and Cooling
