About a week ago I found the company and left a message requesting a estimate to replace three windows in our condo. I received a call back from Dave Thomas and described the windows and gave him my address. He scheduled an appointment for today, Friday the 13th at 1 p.m. The day of the appointment approximately 11:41 a.m. I received a voicemail from mr. Thomas stating that I would need to find someone else to do my windows because he had had a rough experience working with the HOA and Washington County inspectors and had vowed never to do another job in this condo complex. I took the day off work to be here for this guy and this is what I get for a days lost wages. This is highly unprofessional and I expected more from this company.

Be certain if you arrange an interview with this guy that he is aware of where your particular job is going to be because there are some areas we're because of his "bad experiences" he won't work. Very unprofessional to wait until the last minute to let me know.
