Lake Region RV is a warm and welcoming dealership.  We were impressed with them at the RV show at US Bank Stadium. From the moment we arrived at the dealership everyone was helpful and not pushy, nor did they try to upsell us. Excellent service by sales rep. (Gunner) from initial inquiry to final purchase!! Great experience with entire staff at Lake Region. I would highly recommend this dealership.

We bought an older RV, but we were treated like we were buying a brand-new one.  They worked hard to make sure that everything was in good working order before we picked it up, and they went through all the functions with us when we took possession.  Thanks to Gunner and Travis for a great experience.

Walked it to see if they had any 5th wheels. As I sat down with one of the "owners". He attempted to call another location that would have some. He ended up picking up the phone right as someone was calling. Instead of taking the customers info down and following up he continued talk on the phone and then called someone else to find a solution for the other customer. Once he got off the phone I received no apology. Then he briefly told me about the good deal it was and told me the address of the other location and to have a good day. He didn't wasn't my info or anything. As a sales manager myself I was really disappointed with the way I was treated and I have a feeling it had to do because I look young. I would never judge a book by its cover as a sales person. I have already been pre approved by a credit union to get a 5th wheel. If you are truly the owner, please act as if you are.

We met Scott, Gunner, and Travis at the Minneapolis RV show, while looking to downsize from our first motorhome. We originally came with a very specific RV in mind, but discovered it wasn't what we needed. (We are incredibly particular as a couple, and wanted something with minimal compromise on a very tight budget.) After wandering around the RV show for hours and completely losing sight of our goals, we stumbled back through the Lake Region RVs section in a zombie-like state of exhaustion. 

The team came to our rescue, helping us reconnect to our original needs and offering several options with zero pressure. They then gave us plenty of room to make a decision that was right for us. We decided to take them up on an amazing offer (amazing even for an RV show) and were pleasantly surprised at the level of care we received even AFTER we signed the papers. Travis gave us options for financing and made the paperwork a breeze.

The motorhome is currently going through the detailed inspection prior to delivery. Our "sales" person, Gunner, (if you can call him that, because our experience was closer to a consultation than a "sale") has been more than generous in providing quick answers to all of our follow up questions. 

I will try to remember to update this review once the sale is finalized and the motorhome is delivered. But if I don't, you can assume we received the same stellar service we've seen so far and are rolling down the road, enjoying the RV life.

***Update: Taking possession of the RV could not have been easier.  The minor touch ups from standard RV show traffic exceeded our expectations.  Gunner and Scott continue to support us through any minor punch list/warranty items.  We couldn't be happier with this team!
