Great customer service. They were super busy and Scott took the time to point us in the right direction. Then when he finished up with the customer he was with he drove out and met us to ensure we were finding everything we needed. Took his time and answered all my questions. Showed us more than we could have just "found" on our own. We will be visiting here again. Thanks!

I bought my RV from Pleasureland 2 years ago. Had bad service department experience with them during the warranty work. Have had leveling jack problems that have plagued the unit since I purchased it. I decided to give them another try before taking to the manufacture service center. This time, Adam and his team, took the time to work with me to try and get my problem solved. They went out of their way to try and figure it out. If this is the new service department, I will return to have my RV repair completed!!!!.

Lots to look at and plenty of ways to get answers. They have a large amount of different style RVs to look at. It is quiet impressive. It is a bit tricky to find used verses new. Seems like the used are either hidden or minimal. The sales people are helpful but sometimes they are almost too overly helpful. But if you have questions they should be able to find the answer for you.

The sales process was easy-breezy in a no pressure atmosphere. During pickup there was an orientation. When I needed service, that department was promptly able to attend to our RV. Would use again.

Good at selling but horrible after. I had a couple warranty issues and they never call to say it is done. They kept my RV for two weeks. Parts doesn't know anything about glaciers ice houses and when I had to replace my vent one guy didn't know they had replacements. Then another guy called the next day saying they have 4 of them on grounds. Horrible parts and service dept.
