friendly & prompt service. The owners are super nice & accommodating. Great RV park with good-sized spots for RV's. Good hook-ups that work well. Wonderful experience all around.  Definitely recommend.

I am a travel nurse and stayed here for about 7 months. It was a fantastic place. Great location. The staff are friendly. The maintenance guy (Chad) is super helpful. Clean and easily accessible amenities.  No complaints.

What a wonderful spot this is! Trees, grass, longhorn cows just over the fence line. Our site even has a small rose garden! It's also super quiet at night and only about 1/2 hour from Austin & 1.25 hrs. to Fredricksburg - two popular tourist destinations. 

The resort manager, Chad, is outgoing, friendly and eager to serve his residents. He's always buzzing around maintaining the park and generally keeping an eye on things.

We will definitely stay here again when we're back in the area.

Quiet.  Friendly staff.  Great neighbors.  Spacious.  Our picnic table could use a bit of work, but this is Texas and it was too hot out to sit by it anyway.
