Easy to deal with on price, showed them the price of the same vehicle at another dealership, no problem, they immediately matched it. I started working with Dustin online and through text to set everything up. When I arrived we were handed over to Ms. Frances. She is a great salesperson and she definitely gets a 5! . I enjoyed dealing with her. I did most everything online to save time. The wait to see the finance manager took a little longer than I had expected, but once we were in his office, he worked with the numbers and got things where I needed them to be. I have a happy 16 year old with his new Jeep Patriot! I'm sure I will be a repeat customer!

I had a wonderful experience at Lakeshore C/D/J from beginning to end. Everyone was amazing from our salesman, Kyle to the finance manager Dale, & we can't forget about Timmy😃 They were all super nice, & helpful! Kyle & Dale were so patient, not pushy at all. I left feeling confident that I got the best deal possible!

Baron was awesome. No BS. Straightforward trying to help attitude. Manager Timmy took care of us during negotiations. Dwayne in finance got us in and out without any trouble. Great group of people to deal with. Thanks guys. We will be back. Ps my daughter loves her jeep. 😎

They get five stars from me because my salesman Karrington was patient, friendly, and courteous. We test-drove three cars, and I chose the one that worked best for my needs and budget. I've already customized it a little! Thank you! I love my new car - my first one in almost 20 years! I'll be back again sometime!
