We purchased a 2018 Kia Optima at Lakeshore Kia. The entire staff was great and made a sometimes stressful process feel so smooth and easy. Chase Fave and Timmy Gennusa are true professionals and will do anything they can to make sure you are completely comfortable and taken care of from start to finish.

Mr. AJ was great at showing us all of our options for a new vehicle. He literally showed us ten vehicles in one day. Once we had it picked all the personnel that helped us with the paperwork where also hard working and had good people skills

I have tried for two weeks to set up an appointment through the service department as I have a recall on my vehicle that needed to be addressed. Every time I get transferred to the service department, no one answers and I receive an answering machine. I've left no less than three messages. I ended up making an appointment at a different dealership. Their lack of attention to customers will cause them to lose business.

Knowledgeable staff, but processing sale of vehicle took longer than it should have. Too many employees to process one sale.
