I made a new patient appointment for my senior dog. Next available was Thursday. I received a call shortly after that there was a cancellation for same day. I was greeted by a friendly cat and staff member. Murphy was immediately weighed and the staff took excellent care of him. I feel very good vibes here. It is clean, efficient and welcoming. They do their best in putting owner and fur-baby at ease. I will definitely come back with my other senior girl and recommend Lakeside Animal Hospital in Odessa to everyone.

Dr. Azza is the best! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the rooms clean and it's affordable. I recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I have 3 small breed dogs who were neglected and misdiagnosed by another veterinary clinic, which never gave the best customer service either even though they are touted as a good vet clinic. They overdosed my dogs more than once and never listened to my concerns of their symptoms. At Lakeside, it was a completely positive experience. Very friendly staff and wonderful veterinarians that actually care for my dogs and look at the holistic picture rather than treat them as just another dog. I have had a few emergencies and they fit me in immediately as well, even when they are heavily booked. I cannot give enough kudos to this vet clinic. Wonderful experience and competitive pricing. They have gained a customer for life.

The staff and the two doctors are really nice. I am very particular at who sees my dog & cat. I felt very comfortable knowing that they are knowledgeable in local diseases to vaccinate for and were very easy to speak with. This is my pets doctors!

I brought my black lab in today for a groom, and Cindy up front was the sweetest (as always!) and Vanessa the puppy stylist was so friendly! Her love of animals is obvious from the second you start talking to her. Looking forward to coming back to Lakeside Animal Hospital for years to come!
