This place used to be nice years ago. Currently, it is a hostile work environment, where a lot of the old and great employees are no longer there. The administration has been changing quite frequently.  The new manager behaves  robotic and lacks both the empathy and social skills to deal with the needs of the geriatric population and their families. There has been a huge turnover where I can’t hardly recognize anyone I used to know. The staff Is frequently uneasy and there is an ovbious  disatisfaction with their higher-rank leadership  team as they behave very narcissistic and punitive towards employees. I strongly believe that this affects patient care, as it contributes to staff feeling stressed and uneasy, as they try to perform their job functions to the best of their ability. The facility has lost most of its valuable team members. I spoke to someone there recently who mentioned that many have been unjustly fired after decades of dedicating hard work to their patients. Continuity of care and support is important when dealing with memory care patients. As this is an old nursing home with very few private rooms, I strongly believe that its best asset was the longevity of its employees and the teamwork and good energy it once offered. I hope that this review serves to ignite the owners to investigate the people who are working in positions of power, as they are easily capable of abusing it, as opposed to leading and supporting people’s every-day efforts. I met one of their corporate folks once. She barely greeted me as I had stopped in to see a family member. I was left thinking “where is the good customer service this place had years ago?” I wrote down her name. It is Stacy Valdivian. I asked a staff later about her and their response was that she was the big boss and was neither friendly and nor approachable. She was described as snotty and judgemental.  I find that to be quite discomforting in a job setting. I equate good leaders with folks that are approachable and good listeners,  not those who are viewed as judgemental, temperamental, and often looking for ways to take out their inner frustrations on those below them.

This place is the worst nursing home ever,my grandma fell here lost her memoryand wasn't right ever since.They told me she hadn't eat in three days,when I came with food everyone  was eating except my grandma they said she did want the food. She hadn't eat in three days they didn't even put her plate down, they just took it away. My grandma and I had been complaining for 3weeks about her not being able to breathe, they did nothing. Ultimately after many complaints for weeks,she was finally called an ambulance where they gave her oxygen.there was lots of fluids in here lungs. They reassured me she was ok and could breath she died 5 days later.2days of her in the emergency room they packed up her stuff, which was picked though and property was stolen. Horrible
