I RENTED A SPACE FOR LONG TERM. THEY HAD ADVERTISED WI-FI AND LAUNDRY FACILITIES. WE HAD CALLED TO VERIFY THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT. WHEN WE ARRIVED WE HAD NO WI-FI AND THE LAUNDRY FACILITIES ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. IF YOU WANT TO DO LAUNDRY YOU WILL BE THERE ALL DAY LONG IN THE HEAT BECAUSE NO A/C AND NO/FAN, TWO WASHER ARE NOT RINSE PROPERTY IN LARGE LOAD AND THE DRIERS ARE " HOT OR HOT " THE HEAT LEVEL ARE NOT WORKING ALL OF THOSE MACHINES ARE GARBAGE THE MAINTENANCE OF THAT FACILITY IS SO POOR. WE HAD REPORTED THE ISSUES OF THE LAUNDRY MAT TO THE MANAGEMENT MANY TIMES AND NOTHING WAS RESOLVED. IN THE END MY WIFE WAS TOLD TO DO LAUNDRY ELSEWHERE. BEEN NOTIFIED OF THESE ISSUES MANAGEMENT " CONTINUES TO TAKE A D V A N T A G E OF THE UNKNOWING GUEST. " WHEN MANAGEMENT WAS RESPECTFULLY NOTIFIED OF THESE PROBLEMS THEY PROJECTED THEM SELF AS A VICTIM AND US A LIARS, THE WOMAN AT THE DESK HAD THE PERSONALITY OF AN ALLIGATOR. BECAUSE THEY HAVE A SO CALLED " BEACH " BE CAREFUL WITH GETTING INFECTIONS ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE!!! THAT GREEN DUTY WATER NEEDS A COUPLE OF ALLIGATORS.

First time going it was great very relaxing makes me feel away from home when really I'm only a few minutes away. Reasonable price and I feel comfortable. Everyone having a good time and descent fun.

Awesome beach, great lake. Only downside is the cabins and the camper spots are very close together. Otherwise great weekend camping spot if your looking for smaller lake and great swimming spot.

We went for my birthday this past weekend to see One Trick Pony, it was a blast! If they would get an AC unit in there, it would be amazing! Gabe and Angelle were the best!
