Worst service ever.  First time I went for facial wax at Lakme .  I got allergy on my face I don't  know what wax they used on my face I got itching and full of red burns all over my face .  I haven't seen such ridiculous behavior towards a customer. I would  strongly recommend, not to choose this parlor by its name. Worst Management and  Worst behaviour .

Great for eyebrow threading. The prices are fair for the most part. The service was also nice.

Worst service ever. And there is no bit of a chance for them to be lakme professionals. They don't care about the experience of customer. Oh my gosh! I haven't seen such ridiculous behavior towards a customer. I would  strongly recommend, not to choose this parlor by its name. There are many other better salons and I suggest not to go by their name as its not true.

i would rather give no stars for them..few weeks back i took my daughter for hair cut who is 4yrs old when i enquired with them before entering about the cost they said its $10..but when the hair cut was going on the lady named DEEPA (who did the hair cut for my daughter)was talking to other lady that they should $15 for kids hair cut..And finally she got $12 from me ..by saying that this is the amount i should pay..working in a CUSTOMER BASED BUSINESS the lady does not have customer skills at all..i was asking her to cut it even more shorter but she said this is what she can do..dont have any idea what an attitude she has ..you lady better change.. you are not doing a FREE SERVICE for people..everybody are paying you for what you are doing..

Useless worthless employee. They don't know how to make eyebrows neither do they know how to wax...Untrained people!!!! Every time I go see my eyebrows and skin burned with wax I want to punch that stupid Nepali woman in her face ... a big zero ...
