I love going to this store! Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help with any questions you may have and suggestions on the products they sell. I also want to give a shout out to Onawa for wanting to get my hair back to it's natural health!!! Thank you so much and I'll see you soon as I can!!!

Simeria has done my hair color and cut. She has always been professional and has done an awesome job. She was new when she started, and I was new to Irving. I loved what she did to my hair and I consider her a friend. I am so glad to see her as manager.

I've visited this location many times mainly because it's convenient, just two minutes away, but I can no longer shop at this location. Every time I go here the employees are rude and they don't really care about helping you find what you're looking for. Their main concern seems to be for themselves. I'm tired of it. I'd rather go out of my way to shop for what I need where people are kind and helpful rather than rude.
