I went to the dealership excited to test drive a 2018 Discovery. They were able to find a lesser equipped version to test, sure, cool. Not enough gas in the tank, fine. Can't locate the keys to the adjacent cars to move them out of the way and drive a trim level very close to the $80k version that I actually want. Sorry, no test drive today I guess.

That was the single worst customer service experience I've ever had car shopping.

Service adviser, Charlie did a fantastic job making sure I was completely satisfied with how my Range Rover Sport car was serviced. I will always come back to Land Rover Encino to purchase my future vehicles, get service and recommend the dealership to my friends due to Charlie's true understanding of what excellent customer service is.

I bought a GLS550 yesterday. I drove from Sacramento to Encino to pick it up. Everyone I dealt with was great. Great service from Marisa. However the signing process took 2 hours and the price was set before hand. Then after the deal is done I find out there is one key without the remote start for the vehicle. $73k for a higher end with one key had me leaving on a sour note.

I was extremely happy with my experience at Land Rover Encino. We ended up leasing a new Velar--and I would absolutely go back to them in a heartbeat. Marisa was an amazing salesperson that, even though she was extremely busy, always made us feel like she had time for us and really listed to what we wanted. Narek stepped in to assist as well--and the process was extremely smooth with him too! Not only did we get the best trade in for our old SUV--we also got the strongest deal of any dealership out there. MOST IMPORTANTLY though: I always felt like Land Rover Encino was working to earn my business. They wanted to make it happen--much more so than the dealer close to my home on the other side of the hill. That place couldn't care less about my business--I'll be recommending anyone I know come see Marisa and Narek at Land Rover Encino!
