I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience at Sports Trend!! I purchased a used X3 and the car is a dream. My sales rep, Ash made the entire process seamless and stress-free, and took care of every detail. I'd never purchased from a used car dealer before, and couldn't believe how easy it was -- from financing, to communication, to the quick purchase time. More than that, Ash went above and beyond to make sure the X3 was in perfect condition -- replacing parts that might need replacing soon (including tires!) and detailing the car wheel to wheel. Ash was incredibly transparent, trust-worthy, and just a joy to work with. If you're looking to buy an amazing new (used) car, look here! You'll be so happy.

These guys are awesome. Got my new 911 from them. Process was simple and quick. Anything I needed was handled with pure professionalism from start to finish. I've been thinking about an aircooled and they have a building with a stash of great 70s and 80s 911s. I keep thinking I need one of those too.

The Doctor is In!

I’d like to share with you what might be the finest service experience of my life.  What you are about to hear is true.  

Bought my Jag at Sports Trend Automotive.  It has some years and miles on it so I took it back for repair a few months later knowing it would probably need a fair amount of additional work.  Armen was the “mechanic” with whom I worked.  He was there waiting for me on time when I dropped off the car, battled with the insurance company in my behalf about coverage and kept in CONSTANT contact with me throughout the process,.  Here are just a few of his texts:

•	“Car is on the rack awaiting the insurance man – will let you know how it goes”
•	“Quote came back but I think they should cover more of the work – I’ll work on this”
•	“Here’s a copy of the work so far – any questions?”
•	“Car is sitting in a protected garage waiting for some parts”
•	“Got all the work done – good as new”
•	“Given you bought the car from us I am going to discount you “x”, completely detail your car and dropped it off for you wife if needed”

There was not a single time that I called Armen over this period where he did not pick up on the first wring and say “Hello Mr. Mark” – even on Mother’s Day!!!!  

When I paid the bill I said that I have never in my life seen such attention to customer service and ask Armen if he could explain these outrages actions.  He said it was simple”  “I was in special forces in the service and later became an orthopedic surgeon.  Whether in the service or in a hospital I treated every person I took care of with great responsibility.  I feel that same responsibility with anyone who trusts the care of their car with me.” 

Thanks you Dr. Armen!  Runs as good as new!
