This is a nice place to look for MB! They got most of the options for your needs. The salesman Ismael is very experienced. He can answer all your questions about the cars you are looking for. The negotiation part was smooth and I got the deal I was expecting! Strongly recommended!

This was my first Mercedes purchase, and I did a fair amount of research before making a quick tour of the local MB dealerships. In a 200-mile range, only MB of Encino had a C300 with the specific options I wanted. The salesman I worked with was Chris Beigi. He was courteous, knowledgeable and willing to accommodate my schedule as I worked my way to a final decision. 'Car sales' is a field that doesn't enjoy a very good reputation -- and I'm just one data point potential buyers should consider. But for me, Chris and the rest of the staff at MB of Encino made the whole process a good experience from start to finish. I'm very happy with my car.

Too busy to take care of a paying customer? Dealer charged our credit card for parts that were ordered. Said they would not deliver the part till the charge goes through. Our credit card records showed that the card was charged immediately and the parts were never delivered. Called back to get a status, and was told, Carlos (the person that handled our order) wasn't in, and wont be able to help. I waited a few days and called back, I asked if this could just be credited since I found the part available at another local dealer the day after we placed our order with Mercedes of Encino. They told me they have to talk to the manager and they would call me back, never received a call back. Next day I called again to check with said manager, was told that they would they will call me back shortly. No one ever called me back. Finally I start getting upset and asked to speak to manager directly. I get transferred to his voice mail, leave a message. And guess what, no call back. After two weeks and 6 calls that went no where, I disputed the charge. And the card was credited through the card company one month later. Though we did get our money back, lots of my time was waste, and it had to be done from our bank, not the dealership. Had I not disputed this, would this ever get resolved? Doubtful, since no one has called me back regarding this at all. Lots of dealerships get a bad reputation because other dealerships give customers the run around. Well this was one dealership to another, we try our best to take care of customers at our dealership. If we don't have the information for our customers, we still make the call to let them know it's being handled. If a customer calls for a status, we return our calls. One missed call is a mistake, two missed calls is a problem, six missed calls is simply unacceptable.

I had an amazing experience here. I already owned a Mercedes but I never purchased one from this dealership and let’s just say this is the only one I’ll buy one at from now on! I purchased a 2015 E350 and I got the deal of a lifetime! Plus their service is also amazing, everyone is so helpful and they get things done in a timely manner. Henrik is the one that helped me throughout the whole process and he’s such a friendly person that I ended up staying at the dealership for 4 hours without realizing!

Purchased two cars from this dealer, with extended warrantee on both cars. Covers absolutely nothing. Even things that are covered, I have to pay $195, that they say “will be returned, if issue is covered” however that is not true. Have had issues after issues with the cars, from sounds and loose parts to rusted valves, broken shocks, and skipping transmission. Non of which seem to be covered. Took the car to Mercedes-Benz of calabasas and they took care of most my issues. Service represetiuvies are disrespectful and unfriendly. The manager in the parts department is always angry and unhelpful, doesn’t seem like she enjoys what she’s doing, and is very hard to get the parts you want. Purchase your Mercedes elsewhere!
