I don't even want to give them a 1 star. BAD BAD BAD customer service. Never been so disrespected, i don't normally write reviews but i do not want anyone else to go through the same thing!! You will be treated WAY WORSE than how DMV OR TSA treats you! Their assistant has no knowledge, an elementary student could do a MUCH MUCH better job than she. BE AWARE OF DENISE!! SHE IS EVIL, RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Please be aware of this before you do ANYTHING with them. There is a reason why their properties DO NOT sell!!! The house i wanted to lease was listed for a month now and houses in that neighborhood DO NOT go on for that long. do not deal with these chinese people!!

Worst real estate company around. If you and your girlfriend want to move out, they won't combine income. ONE of you HAS to make THREE TIMES the rent. that is absolutely ridiculous. and very rude employees. USE ANOTHER COMPANY. Silverbay and American home are much better
