I'm a Realtor, so my experience with Clickit Realty has been particularly exasperating. Jeff Ayers and his staff doesn't use the necessary care to ensure that all of the items the seller has included as features actually get transferred over to the listing sheet when they upload the features to the MLS. This step is particularly important because buyers agents use this criteria to search for listings to present to their buyers. In my case, they overlooked important features in my home like what level the master bedroom is on (they left this info out completely), that my home is located in a pool community, and that it has a workshop out back. They blame you for not catching the mistakes they made in your listing. Then if you do catch the mistakes, you'll have to ask them over and over to make the same corrections. Weeks could go by while your listing languishes unseen because of the haphazard way they operate and berate you if you dare to complain. When I updated my photos to reflect updates that I had made to my listing based on feedback from showing agents, they threatened to charge me to upload the updated photos. When I called on a week-end about a important feature that they had left off my listing, they told me on the week-ends, they take 24 hours to make corrections, and threatened to charge me a fee next time. They clearly do not like to be bothered with making sure your listing is accurate, and they make sure you know it.

SELLER BEWARE: Terrible service, the agent Jeff Ayers doesn't assist in selling your home. Rather than serving as a bridge between sellers and buyers he blocks access between them. He does so to try to collect add-on fees. Beware that if you sign up for a flat fee listing with this agent, you will no longer control your zillow account and he will want to charge you $49 for each open house announcement and every little thing he does. A service that is otherwise free in zillow. On top of it all this agent will treat you rudely, not listen and behave as if he has leverage over the promotion of your house. SELLER BEWARE

Don't use. Burned through $600 with no results. Fees, Fees, Fees. They don't even give you the buyers agents contact info. Was unable to followup with any showings.  Also unable to get direct calls from brokers even though i asked them to make sure it went directly to me. 

On weekends the agents called them directly and delays were 4-6 hrs before I was even notified at all. I tested twice and confirmed delays. 

I wasted 3 weeks with no results and have to go to typical agency to list house again. I have sued other flat rates before and they are the worst.

Even the sign never showed up. All the other reviews are fakes, read them and see.
