I was in Columbus for a work conference and seriously misjudged the amount of walking that was going to be involved. All my outfits centered around a certain pair of shoes, you see. After Day 1, I made an emergency trip to the closest Lane Bryant. The store was huge and very well organized. It looked neat and tidy. It made it very easy to find what I needed to survive another day. Some of the staff was pretty grumpy, that is the only reason I’m not giving a 5.

Today I went in with my two year old. As we all know this is an adult store and kids get pretty bored.. I was there maybe 2 minutes and my son started to get antsy which started to frustrate me because I just needed a couple of things. A woman named Mary asked if she could give him some paper and a pen to help keep him occupied while I finished up. She is an Angel and the definition of good customer service. I would never expect this out of anyone and she went above and beyond my expectations. THANK YOU MARY!

I love this Lane Bryant! Eric is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped with finding specific styles and sizes I've been looking for.
