Great service! Also I lost my phone and a staff member found it and then contacted me through my phone's app that locked it once I realized I had lost it and she called me on the number I listed on the screen and I came and picked it up! She saved me hundreds of dollars . Also wonderful and very helpful people at this location especially a woman named Chelsea P. She was super nice and very helpful! Fast lines as well! My favorite Wal-Mart in Ohio !

Running out of stock, I thought Walmart was supposed to have good analytics when it came to supply and demand. When asked "do you have any in the back by any chance?" The response was simply no. No checking or anything. I shall be doing a video about this as well.

Don't take anything back without a receipt they will not help you. I told them to take down the customer satisfactory sign because they sure did not satisfy this customer. Very dissapointed, they said if I knew the exact date they might be able to look it up. This was in Grove City, but Walmart in new Boston Ohio can look up anything if you can show them the credit card you used.

Usually a great store. Today was crazy trying to shop. Nearly every section was being reset and several items were not out on the shelf. With the explanation they should be out tomorrow. I'm NOT making another trip tomorrow!!!

Don't forget your receipt because Karen at Customer Service desk will treat you like a criminal. I received an infant bouncer from a friend as a gift and NO my friend did not give me a gift receipt. Karen had to call a manager to see if it was alright to take the bouncer back. It was way too small for my child due to her length and I just wanted an exchange so YES the box was open. Anywho, she told me I can only get baby items and nothing else which was what I wanted to do. After I brought my 2 items which were a baby girl walker and stroller and ended up with a credit of $3.24 put on a gift card. She stated I cannot get a receipt for the exchange and would need to be walked out. "Ma'am, since you didn't have a receipt, you will not get one and need to be walked out" for a total of 3 times like I didnt understand her. And she made sure to repeat to her coworker so she was aware of what happened. I felt embarrassed because she said it loud enough for the people behind me to hear and see. Thanks Karen for the spotlight today. Next time, I will make sure to record so I can be on YouTube and you will be too. Maybe, we can be famous together. Never again will I go to that Walmart in Grove City.
