From the moment I walked in the door, Amorette was very friendly. This was my first visit to any Maurices. Amorette helped me shop, found sizes and even some deals for me! Best employee I've come across and years and it department store! Even at checkout the manager was awesome! Love love love. Will shop there again!

I absolutely love Maurices. This is my go-to shop for clothes, and has been for several years. However, this location is less than extraordinary. On two occasions now the staff has seemed very reluctant to help, and even borderline rude when speaking to you. They seem to be more interested in talking amongst themselves. During my last experience it took a little over 20 minutes for someone to offer to get me a dressing room, and I was one of two people in the store at the time. Other locations offer within minutes of picking up your first couple items of clothing. Although this location is currently closest to me, I will most likely be taking my future business to either the Canal Winchester or Polaris locations, as both of these are great. Hopefully they get it together in Grove City. The clothes are still as high quality and easy to wear as always.

While I love their clothing and the staff (very helpful!), it's disappointing to find a handful of items on the website, and find out they've been sold out for months in the store(s). The website really needs a "search by location" function.

I thought the store was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. When I asked if something looked good on me, they really looked at me and how the item fit before they responded. Plus, they were not pushy. I think this store is awesome!

Disappointed. They changed the store around and the plus size clothes and a very small section of the store.
