I would like to let you know about the lack of customer service that my sister and I received when we went to the Lane Bryant store in Phoenix Premium Outlets yesterday. 

There was one other customer in the store when we came in and this customer was paying for her purchases. There were two staff working and we were not acknowledged at all even though we were looking at bras right beside the till. When the customer left the two staff started talking about the customer and whispering, but we could still overhear their conversation. Very inappropriate. 

My sister found three bras to try on. She asked if she could get a change room and the one girl told her to go on in and grab one - didn’t even bother to show us to the change room. My sister needed a different size and had to go out and grab bras at least three different times. Not once did anyone come in to see if she needed help or sizes nor did they acknowledge her or offer help when she was out looking through the bras. What is the point of having staff there? To unload stock and take money? There were no other customers in the store most of the time. And at some point a third staff member showed up and we still were not offered help.

I absolutely refused to purchase anything from there because of the service. My sister on the other hand needed bras but refused to look at anything else for the same reason.

There were so many other stores at the Phoenix Premium Outlets that had wonderful customer service and we were so disappointed in the lack of it in yours. Especially when you service a clientele who is often self conscious or uncomfortable shopping for clothes in the first place. You should be creating a warm and welcoming environment where you can boost self confidence and make the customer feel good.

The staff is great! They have always been willing to help with a smile. The cloths are pretty nice and the clearance section is always full of cute stuff.
