I came here on a Monday after work (well past the holidays) and the checkout line was ridiculous and it wasn't even the weekend yet! Every time I come here,the checkout line is long & slow.Minimum wage went up=work quicker.lol.A manager is needed for assistance with almost every transaction.I love the stores products but I'll shop online just to avoid the checkout line.They have GOT to do something about this.Get more managers?Get quicker staff?Or self checkouts? Because shopping and waiting in line for 30 minutes or longer,is simply unacceptable.Their making Wal Mart look pretty good right now.

We purchased an appliance from this location. They scheduled delivery for a Thursday. The night before the delivery department calls and gave a window of time from 4pm to 8pm. My husband tells them we are not living at that location, to which he was told they are fastest crew and it would probably be earlier. They do not show up with the appliance, and when we call we are told they have no idea where it is. Thirty minutes after the expired window of time, we get a call informing us they are running behind. Shouldn't that call have come before you are running late? I inform them we do not live there and have already started our hour long drive home, so reschedule. I tell them we want a morning delivery, to which I am told we cannot have. They cannot guarantee anything in advance. It is handled by a third party carrier. We cancelled the order immediately. We cannot do business with a company who does not prioritize good customer service

Came here to buy some pants (right when they opened) and it was like a rummage sale! Clothes hanging all over the place , nothing folded , items out of place. Horrible!

We always go here to shop and no complains. Today we went to have pictures taken at the JCPenney portraits. My little guy was tired and fussy but Emily was so patient. She was amazing to my little one. She took awesome pictures as well. Thank you so much! No words is enough to appreciate what you have done for us. Emily you are the best!

The store is easy to navigate, and laid out well. Online pick-up is at the front registers, but it's inconvenient for customers because the cashier at the register has to go to the back of the store to retrieve the order. I shopped for shirts while my wife waited for the order. It's been a while since I've been clothes shopping in a retail store, and I was surprised at the prices. The typical Van Heusen button-down long-sleeve shirts that I pick up at Sam's Club or Costco for between 15 and $20, we're running $30 after 50% off here at JCPenney. Needless to say, I bought nothing. I returned to the front of the store, but my wife's order hadn't come back up front yet. All these retail stores, JCPenney included, probably need to join the 21st century if they don't want to go the way of Sears. Amazon is delivering exactly what I want, to my front door, in one day, with no shipping charges, at better pricing.... often with no sales tax. I don't know how the JCPenney's of the world stay in business.
