Way too expensive!! I could find 4 outfits at walmart for the price of just 1 of their pair of jeans. $80 for jeans? No way! One outfit would have cost over $100. I dont know why they are so pricey. Its not like its designer clothes or something.Even their clearance rack wasn't what I'd consider a sale. I'll stick with walmart. They have plus size clothes for great prices. For us big women on a budget , steer clear of lane bryant. Save your money. You can get more outfits for less elsewhere.

I stopped at Lane Bryant today looking for something to wear to an upcoming wedding.  There were two sales women who were extremely helpful and friendly.  They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond by giving me input as I was trying on outfits.  The women helped me search for the right look.  I left with two amazing dresses that I was really happy about.  I only wish I could call them out by name!  For the two women working on the floor on Sunday, August 21st in the afternoon, thank you!!

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had on the telephone. I will never shop there again. There is a reason they say the customer is always right. I'm a hairstylist, I don't tell my customers it's their fault if something goes wrong. I fix it, and make them happy. Thank you for making shopping for clothing an even worst experience!
