Went today looking for a evening dress for a wedding event. I asked 4 ladies for help they will tell me we're to go but with stupid bitches attitudes all of them with their long faces finally got to the dresses after 30 minutes store is well organized but need to be more friendly with the customers. Finally decided to go to Torrid they immediately a lady helped me out nicely and friendly to me. YOU BITCHES FROM DILLards NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE AND HAVE A SMILE ON YOU FACES!!!!

I've never left a store so livid. Christmas shopping for myself, being indecisive about two Northface jackets about color and size. I was getting opinions from my sister on the phone while choosing. I picked two out, held onto them, then moved over to the next section and was looking at a jumpsuit for vacation. Quickly, i changed my mind about one jacket, I put it back. Then went to the fitting room with TWO items (jumpsuit and jacket). Jumpsuit didnt fit, so I hung it on the "unwanted merchandise" rack. I had ended up putting the second jacket back because I wanted a different size which wasn't available, while I did that, an Asian lady asked if I wanted help AGAIN, after the fourth time. I said, "no, I just can't decide on size but there isn't a small." She goes, "where is the other one, did it not work *as she looks down at my VS bag*" I told her that I put it back and will just order one since the size was unavailable. I was leaving and an undercover cop tapped me on my shoulder and I turn around. He goes "where did you put the other jacket?" I said "uhm what? The dark gray one? Over there." He says, "where? The workers said you came out of the fitting room with only one and walked in with two, so where is the other one." Apparently "no one saw me put it back" and "came out of the fitting room with only one jacket." I directed him exactly the path I took between the northface section and the fitting room. He proceeded to ask, "okay I'm going to give you two options: 1: you should me what's in the bag and if it's there I will take it back let you go OR do this the hard way and I will arrest you if I find it in your bag." Of course I let him look inside my VS bag and told him to double check the video cameras because the jacket is sitting RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR FACE on the rack and the cameras will show that. And then he clearly saw I had nothing resembling a jacket in my bag. As someone who worked in retail for 5 years, don't accuse someone of stealing unless if you know it actually happened. BECAUSE THREE LADIES DIDNT SEE ME PUT IT BACK, that is their issue and problem. If they were so concerned with me shoplifting, pay closer attention. Where were they with that part of the night, WHEN I PUT IT BACK ON THE RACK. I don't blame the police officer in the end because he said he was just doing his job, wasn't trying to make a big scene, and wanted to prevent someone that looked young make a bad decision, but please, make sure your facts are right before you go to the police officer to accuse someone of that. He apologized in the end. In this situation, all of those ladies were in the wrong. AND ON TOP OF THAT, THEY WERENT EVEN NICE. (Upper level of Woman's Dillard's in Outerwear).

Your going to want to read this one lol. So I hadn’t been inside this Dillard’s for more than 8 years and was like, why not!? We are in the ma right? This was a terrible TERRIBLE experience for me. Me and my friend went in to try on some jackets. Her parents wanted to get her a North Face jacket. We found a couple and carried them around as we browsed around, making conversation about holidays...I myself was trying some on for fun, while she wanted to test them to send a pic of the ones she wanted to her parents. SO... A older woman in this particular retail section came up and asked if we needed anything, we said no thank you and moved on. Not even 1 min later she came back and said asked if we wanted a help AGAIN. She sounded completely rude and irritated at me for no reason. I said no, and she proceeded to yank the jackets out of my arms saying we couldn’t leave and had to try the on in her section only. I didn’t let her have them after she rudely touched me. 2 times she tried to take them from me without asking first she just reached right in... I told her stop, I’m like ITS COOL, ok that’s fine we are just looking. She tried to take them AGAIN and TOLD ME “you can try these on in front of the mirror.” I’m like EXCUSE ME!? I slyly remarked with anger in my voice, “don’t you have a fitting room in the back right?” She acted all snobby and remarked that was fine and that she has to keep count of what she sells I’m like OK and this is my issue because??? I already get that... I was telling her nicely I didn’t want her to take them at the moment and we would look some more. So as we continue to walk around the section never leaving and I might add, she’s whispering about how we have three jackets on our arm walking around just looking to her Asian colleague and she is following us staring at us. Here I am dressed already in a north face with a juicy couture purse and my friend has a coach purse and is also wearing her Northface we in no way look like we are stealing or like we are criminals. So without realizing we ventured across just to touch a shirt to feel how soft it was and the lady across the Northface section gets a phone call. What do you know it’s the lady that has been following us and she relayed the information to this other lady. We walk back around and she comes back up and asked again if we want to just try them on and I just had it with her. We went back to the dressing room tried them on and left. On the way out I hear her talking to her manager as we walk by saying that we stole something which in no way even happened. This lady needs to be fired for being rude and not even being helpful her tone was very pushy and she sounded very agitated the whole time she asked us for help. She forcefully tried to take the jackets away for me as I was holding them and I already told her not to take them two times. She got an attitude when I asked her if there was a dressing room and glared at me. So next time you try to be a jerk and I know you’re probably read this you old hag why don’t you actually be nice to the customers. ITS YOUR JOB.
