From the initial consultation and walk-through with Kurt, to the final handshakes with Jamie and Austin, this company has exceeded all expectations. Wealth of knowledge and experience, ability to set goals and meet them, and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done well are hallmarks of a quality company. And these people have them in spades. Our home is a tri-level that has only ever had baseboard heat so everything had to be installed from scratch. No easy task, but Kurt bid it well for the right equipment at a fair price, and Jaime and Austin made it happen...On 3 different levels, for 3 solid days , in 95+ heat...The entire system looks and functions like pros did it..'cause they did. Are we satisfied? ..Yes for sure.. Would we recommend Lanz? . Yes..and they can put a sign in our yard anytime.. There's a reason this company is continually growing..quality work will always be in high demand. Thanks to all( Melissa and Kinsey in the office as well) for a job well done.

Not pushing for sales but your recommend comfort. Best install team, very accommodating to my requests. Fast and perfectly installed, even though weather was not ideal. Would definitely recommend!

Our furnace died at 11pm the Sunday after Thanksgiving 2016 and we called the number of the company that installed it (years ago, long before we bought the house) and they wouldn't come out b/c we didn't have a service plan, so we called Lanz. They did charge us $60 for an emergency fee, but it was well worth it. They weren't able to fix it that night, but offered space heaters, and fully explained the issue to make sure that we understood exactly what was wrong. Promptly, the next day their estimator was in touch with us and came by to talk. He did everything he could to get us heat quickly, and we had a new furnace within 3 days. We were THRILLED with the customer service of the emergency tech, the estimator, and the installers. They were kind, compassionate of what we were going through and put our needs first.

Had bathroom faucet leaking. The whole repair including Diagnostic took less than an hour, but got a bill of $225. Their plumber tried to have their time double paid. Definitely overpriced. NOT recommend. update my Invoice #S72038. Your billing department is always answering machine.

After being completely fed up with my previous HVAC company I decided to try Lanz. I'm so thrilled that I did. I asked them just to perform a system check-up. The check-up performed was so much more detailed than any previous service I've had. Drew could not have done anything to make my first impression any better. It was flawless professionalism with deep knowledge and a thoroughness that I've not had from any other home service technician. I've honestly not been so pleased with any other service before, 5 stars may not be descriptive enough.
