Who taught you guys how to plow? We had an ice/snow storm Thursday into Friday. No school Friday, so there were no buses in the way for plowing. Where the hell were you guys? The roads are still a mess Sunday into Monday, icy, slippery, and slushy. It's a disgrace! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Maybe use actual salt instead of that chemical mix. And actually plow the roads! You are getting paid to do a job, right? Maybe show some pride in your work, since it helps businesses and people who have to drive to these businesses to get there, to do their jobs! DO A BETTER JOB ON THESE ROADS!!!

I am in total agreement with the one star rating. I talked with Michelle at the LCRC after the last snowstorm. I live in a subdivision and the plowing is done by someone hired by the road commission. That person has no sense of proper plowing. I live at the end of a cul-de-sac and my driveway was totally blocked by the entire snow content of the cul-de-sac. I called and asked that it be cleared. The cul-de-sac has a number of areas that the operator could plow without blocking any driveway. Needless to say the request went in one ear and out the other. Thankfully, warm weather melted the snow. And I never received any word back from Michele! Now, we have another storm and the operator plows all of the snow back in my driveway. What??!! I can see that none of the other complaints have been answered. And I see an article in The County Press that states you're really concerned about doing your job right. I will be calling Rick Pearson tomorrow. I suggest others with complaints do the same.

I drive from Port Huron to Lansing five days a week there is four counties involved with my driving Lapeer County is the worst they sit back and let the snow build up they sit back and watch it in the office when the bosses feel like it they call the trucks in if the state of Michigan pays for that section of railroad to be done on 69 we are getting ripped off fire who is ahead of the country sets these trucks out instead of taxpayer money to buy a pair of pliers I'll buy them so you can pull your head out of your ass

The woman who posted "Great service for 20 years" obviously either works for the county or doesn't live on a dirt road. Terrible, terrible service.
