This compliant is for the security guards. I forgot I had my box cutter and a sewing kit in my purse. I was told I could take it out to my car or he would hold it. I come back out and was then told I couldn't have it back because it was put in the safe and they can't get it back out. I was not told they were keeping it! If I had known that I would of taken it out to my car. But when he said he could hold it I saw no point in going to the car! There is a difference between holding something and confiscated it! Learn the difference and inform people correctly!

What a joke, absolutely the worst "helpfull" people. County officials do not give a rats behind, if you need any service from these clowns you might as well help yourself, these bozos arw only here to "collect a paycheck" which was verbatim stated, what a mess.

I was the victim of a violent crime and them the victim of the Victim's Advocates Office. I had issues, as most who are subject to violent crime are. I was assigned Jessica in the Victim's Advocates Office. She victimized me much worse by always attempting to put the blame on me, especial;ly when she dropped the ball. The prosecutors were wonderful and always apologized for her. This is not their job.

I went to the self help Center and they just gave me random forms to fill out. I went online to find the directions and a step by step guide on how to file certain forms on my own. You think the employees would use this when you go in to ask for help. Nope. Very poor service and employees could care less! Sad that this great city has such poor service to help the people in the community.

This place is garbage! Just received a notice in mail (June 2016) claiming I owe fines dating from 1996. I called collections, informed them that my fines were paid off circa 2006. They said the system showed otherwise. I informed the gal in collections that in circa 2006 a circuit clerk, or treasurer, or fine collection person, whomever collected money for fines, had embezzled my money, and that's why it wasn't in the system as being paid. Honest truth, dating back to 2006 there was a county representative whom worked in collections that was responsible for receiving restitution and fine payments. This lady was convicted of embezzlement. The current employees working in collections refuse to acknowledge this known fact. Now my father is working with a county attorney to get the restitution fee dropped, since he lives in Colorado. Needless to say, Larimer County is a corrupt mess.
