My son ordered from here tonight after not having eaten here for a couple of years...picked delivery, was told 45 minutes...after 1hr. 40 minutes he called to ask if the order was still coming.  NO ONE ANSWERED! He called again; maybe he had dialed wrong, again, NO ANSWER!
Ten minutes the delivery guy show up...”their swamped, etc.” Says he is really only a few minutes late...says he tried to call, ( no message or call on our phone!) my son, being the guy that he is and as HUNGRY as he is didn’t say anything about being late, etc., No $ off was offered, no napkins,no plates..
EVERY BIT OF THE FOOD WAS COLD! NOT EVEN LUKE WARM BUT COLD!!!
They didn’t answer the phone to tell customers they had an issue! What!! This branch is not even a mile away!

Come back to the area periodically and LaRosa's was always on the list to bring back to Michigan. BIG MISTAKE this time. Got a carryout order of spaghetti and meat sauce. It was terrible. The container was only half full and there was more sauce than pasta. Worst meal ever from there. Matched the attitude of the person behind the counter, and no it wasn't busy at all. Avoid this place

Why can't water/watress/servers @ fast & casual dinning places get the orders right? Customer should not have to correct the order for what is received in error. That's the purpose of the service person...to get the order correct.
